Volunteers

Texas SMP needs YOU!

The Texas Senior Medicare Patrol is always looking for volunteers.

Become a volunteer and protect fellow Texans against Medicare fraud, error and abuse. The work you provide is vital in saving beneficiaries' money and potentially improving their quality of life.

How do I join the Texas SMP Volunteer Team?

  • Step 1: Complete and return the required forms to the Coordinator of Volunteers
  • Step 2: Attend the orientation/training
  • Step 3: Choose the volunteer role you would like to fill and schedule your first assignment with the Coordinator of Volunteers.

If you're interested, please contact our Coordinator of Volunteers, Dorian Dotson, at ddotson@bbbhou.org or call at 713-341-6141
